The Carinthian cuisine is rich in recipes and the Jauntal is rich of specialities. Our Chef de cuisine mixes the old recipes with the region's typical products. The result surprises and convinces.
Jauntaler Salami
The excellent Jauntaler salami, of course by the "Salami King" Stefan Pototschnig, is an excellent snack companion. Still much better tastes as "Verhackertes" and much more intense than crispy chips. The sausage made exclusively from pork gives a spicy touch to the risotto.

Jauntaler Had´n
The Jauntaler Hadn is an all-rounder. For breakfast as mush, in between as chips for lunch as a light pasta dish, in the afternoon as a pie and in the evening as a crispy batter around the buttery Zander. Enjoy the Hadn cream cheese pancakes with plum Cranberry sorbet.

A firework of aromas, more vitamins. A new taste experience. Our Chef de cuisine cooks gently in the steam under vacuum "sous vide" and gets so much praise. The guests say "The most tender meat I've ever eaten".
